Did you know that crying is not only a form of letting go, but also the physical manifestation of energy or emotions like sadness, pain, and anger trapped in our bodies?

The truth is, these negative emotions can manifest as sickness and disease (dis-ease) when we don't process them. Unprocessed emotions also lead to being easily triggered, ready to attack at any moment, and sensitive to the slightest inconvenience.

And there's nothing powerful or gangster about that.
